Directions to Our Office:
Main Office and Operating Suite: Saratoga Springs
We are located in a five-story, brick office building
in downtown Saratoga Springs, at 60 Railroad Place. The office is
located just one block off of Broadway Street (Rte. 9), which is
the “main street” for Saratoga Springs and runs north
and south through the village. Turn on Division Street where you’ll
see the Saratoga Downtowner Motel on one corner and Borders Bookstore
on the other. Go west one block to the next stoplight and turn left
onto Railroad Place. Our office is the building on that corner,
where Division Street and Railroad Place come together. Parking
is in the rear of the building off of Railroad Place. Enter the
door off of the parking lot, and we are the first office on the
left, Suite #102. If you arrive after 5PM or on Saturday, there
is a code to punch into the telephone pad located in the upper right-hand
corner above the door. The code is 1101* to open the locked door.

1. Coming from South (New York City, Hudson River
valley, New Jersey, etc.)
Come up the New York State Thruway (I-87) to Albany. [Do not
get off at either of the two exits which read "I-90 to Boston
or Buffalo" or at "I-787" which will also say 'Albany'
on the sign.] When you see a sign for I-87 to Montreal, which will
be Exit 24, there will be two right turn lanes. Get in one of them,
and these will immediately curve to the right and into the toll
booths. Coming our of the toll booths, stay to the middle and again
follow the sign that says "Montreal 87 North". Get off
I-87 at exit 13N (the second 13 exit). You will then take Rte 9
(the road that you are led onto off of the Northway) north 2-3 miles
into Saratoga Springs. As you go by the Spa State Park on your left,
the street turns into Broadway St. Continue several blocks further
north until you see Border Bookstore on your left (Division St.).
Then follow the above instructions.
2. Coming from central and western New York State
(Syracuse, Utica,Rochester, etc)
Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) east to the Amsterdam exit.
After passing through the toll booth, take a right turn and take
that road into downtown Amsterdam. You will come to Rte 67 East,
which veers to the right. Follow Rte 67 through Amsterdam around
13-15 miles to Ballston Spa. You will come to a corner with a stoplight,
with Rte 50 crossing in front of you (a red church on the left).
You then take a left turn onto Rte 50 and take that into Saratoga
Springs. You will pass the Spa State Park on your right and Saratoga
Performing Arts Center, and continue on until you come to Broadway,
where there will be a Holiday Inn directly in front of you and a
Stewarts Coffee Shop on the far right. Take a left hand turn there
onto Broadway and head north until you see Borders on the left.
Then follow the above instructions.
3. Coming From Northern New York or Vermont:
Take the Northway I-87 south to exit #15. From the exit ramp, bear
to the right and follow Rte. 50 into town until you see Borders
Bookstore and the Downtowner Motel on the right. Then follow above
instructions.
4. Coming from the Binghamton or Scranton, PA
areas:
Take I-88 north to I-90, and then proceed east to Albany. From Albany,
follow signs for Interstate 87 (the “Northway”) north
to Montreal and take I-87 to exit 13N.
5. Flying In From Other States and Countries:
Most people fly into Albany International Airport. There is a small
municipal airport in Saratoga Springs for those who fly their own
planes. We do offer a small discount off of our fees for those flying
in from far away.
Newburgh Consultation Office:
We share an office with Dr. Robert Bibi, a plastic
surgeon from Newburgh, N.Y. It is generally much easier for persons
from Connecticut, New Jersey, the lower Hudson Valley, and New York
City to meet with us there. We hold consultations there one Tuesday
every month from around 4PM until 9PM. We spend a half hour with
each patient and the consultations are free. An appointment may
be made by calling our main office at 1-800-281-9198.
If you are coming to the office from the New
York State Thruway, get off at the “Newburgh” exit
and, after going through the toll booth, head a short ways straight
and look for the right turn heading to Interstate 84. You will take
a short connecting road around a quarter mile, where there will
be another right turn onto Interstate 84. Take this around 2-3 miles
and get off at the second exit (Newburgh). At the bottom of the
exit ramp, take a left turn under the overpass. Stay to the left
and then take that first left turn onto Rte 32 (Alexis Diner in
front of you to the left). As you go up the hill on Rte 32, stay
in the far right lane (to avoid the two left turn-lanes onto Interstate
84) and proceed straight through that first light until you come
to a second light at the Mid-Valley Mall on your left. Turn left
here and proceed through the mall, taking that road to the right,
which will then gradually curve to the left and around the new Price
Chopper store, which will remain on your left. This will leave you
in front of a road with a stoplight there. Stay in the left turn
lane and proceed through the light and go a very short ways on that
road, where you will see a road on your right named Hudson Valley
Professional Plaza. Our building is the second one on the left.
Go in the driveway just past the building and proceed to the rear
of the building. Enter the rear door, and our office is the first
one on the right after entering. Our Newburgh phone number is 845-561-7088

For those coming from New Jersey and Connecticut,
use Interstate 84 to reach us. If you are coming from the west (Thruway
side) follow instructions above. If you are coming from the east,
you will cross the Beacon Bridge, then get off at Exit 10-S (second
exit after the bridge; the first one is 10-N) . When you get to
the end of the ramp, turn left on Route 32 and then turn left into
the Mid-Valley Mall at the next light and proceed according to the
directions above.
For those coming by train from NYC: Take
the “Metro North Hudson line” train (not Amtrak)
from Grand Central Station and get off at the Beacon station.
Beacon is just across the Hudson River from Newburgh. You may then
take a cab to our office.

Syracuse Consultation Office:
Since 1990 we have been holding consultations in North Syracuse,
N.Y. at Genesis II, a hair replacement facility located across from
the main Syracuse post office on Taft Road. To reach our office
there, if you are coming on the New York Thruway (Interstate 90),
get off at the exit for Interstate 81 (it will say “Watertown”
and “Airport”). You go north barely a mile before the
combined exit for both the airport and Taft Rd will come up on the
right side. Exit here, but stay going straight on the exit road
without taking the first right to the airport. The sign will indicate
to head straight to reach Taft Rd. When you reach the stoplight
at Taft Rd, take a left hand turn onto Taft and proceed around a
half mile to Genesis II on your right side. You will pass a Mobil
gas station on the right, and Genesis II is around the 3rd or 4th
building on your right after the Mobil. Enter in the driveway just
past the building and proceed to the parking lot in the rear. Enter
by the rear door.

stop by for a quick visit, rather than call Genesis directly, just
call our Saratoga Springs office and we will give you a time that
is in between our new consultations, and will be sure to bring your
chart there for your visit.
